Ortega PBL

Permute both layers of a 2x2 at once: 6 cases.

What it is

PBL (permute both layers) finishes Ortega: each layer has its corners solved, an adjacent swap (headlights on one side) or a diagonal swap (no headlights). The six cases are the combinations, top first.

Recognition

Headlights on all four sides of a layer (read each layer on its own): solved. Headlights on exactly one side of a layer (read each layer on its own): adjacent swap ('Adj'). No headlights on a layer (read each layer on its own): diagonal swap ('Opp'). A case's name reads the top layer first, then the bottom.
